Transportation too and from the wedding venue will be provided from the Healdsburg Town Square and The Hampton Inn in Windsor at 2:45 pm. See FAQ below for more details if taking the shuttle or driving.

How do I get to the wedding venue ?
What time and from where are the shuttles departing?

If you are staying in Healdsburg or at the Hampton Inn in Windsor, shuttles will depart at 2:45 pm. It is a 35 minute drive to the venue.

‍For those staying in Healdsburg: The shuttle will be parked in front of Hotel Healdsburg (25 Matheson St, Healdsburg, CA 95448) on the square. Shuttle will depart at 2:45 pm.

‍For those staying at the Hampton Inn in Windsor: The shuttle will be in the hotel parking lot. Shuttle will depart at 2:45 pm.

If I decide to drive to the wedding venue, what is the address and where should I park?

The venue is located at The Highlands Estate (33430 CA-128, Cloverdale, CA 95425). It is a left turn of the roadway. Once you’ve driven through the gate, please follow the signs to parking on the right-hand side.

Please leave 40 minutes for your drive. Please arrive no later than 3:40 pm.

What time should I arrive?

Guests should arrive no later than 3:40 pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4 pm.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire! Wear your florals and bright colors. Our wedding reception will take place on the lawn – please bear this in mind when choosing footwear and dress comfortably.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will be outside. Drinks & dinner will be outside. Dancing will be inside the barn. Barn doors will be open to keep open airflow. We’ll also have comfortable seating arrangements and activities outside for those that prefer.

What will the weather be like?

Late May in North Sonoma County is one the most beautiful times of the year! Daytime highs are often a comfortable 80F. Nighttime lows are on average 50F, so we highly recommend bringing a jacket for during the reception, later in the evening. Given there is some variability in the weather, we recommend looking at the forecast about a week out.

What does the day of schedule look like?

2:45 pm - Shuttle departure. It’s a 30-40 minute drive to the venue.
3:30 pm - Shuttles begin to arrive at the venue
4:00 pm - Ceremony begins
4:30 pm - Cocktail Hour
5:45 pm - Dinner
7:30 pm - Cake & Dancing
8:45 pm - Early shuttle departs
10:00 pm - Reception ends & Final shuttle departure

What time do shuttles start departing from the wedding venue?

One set of shuttles will depart the venue at 8:45 pm and the other at 10 pm. Shuttles will drop you off back at the Healdsburg town square or the Hampton Inn in Windsor.

What about Covid?

Unfortunately, it looks like Covid is here to stay. We are centering our ceremony outside to make all guests as comfortable as possible. We are also requiring all attendees to have been vaccinated. Masks must be worn on shuttles. See further information here.
